Comprehensive Health Examination / Health Check
We offer various plans ranging from the 1~2 hour basic plan with general health examination to Perfect Plan with all available tests including MRI, CT scan, ultrasound imaging and tumor markers.
Payment: We accept cash or the following credit cards.
(Credit card payment is available for the complete medical examination only)
※ Note : Health examination is not covered by health insurance.
How to Apply
Please apply from the Comprehensive Health Examination Application Form.
Please fill all the required fields on the application form, and press the “confirm” button. You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail within a few minutes.
Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you or give you a confirmation call at a later date.
After checking the contents of the application form, we will send you a confirmation e-mail or give you a confirmation call.
We will send you an examination kit approximately two weeks before the appointment date.
We will send you questionnaire form(s) and stool test kit(s).
Please fill in the questionnaire form(s) in advance. If not, the examination will be delayed.
Please make sure to read “Comprehensive Health Examination Instructions” in advance.
If the examination kit does not arrive by one week before the appointment date, please contact us by phone.
Please make sure to bring the questionnaire form(s) and the stool test kit(s) on the day of the examination.
